David Flater, L.Ac.
David is a licensed acupuncturist with a Master’s of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and a certified massage therapist. His interest in holistic medicine began when the Western doctors could not help him with his health problems. He has a long belief and commitment to educate people about the benefits of Oriental Medicine and has a thorough understanding of the modalities and techniques used in the field of acupuncture and massage.
David and his wife currently live in Bountiful, Utah. They love the outdoors, hiking, and biking through the mountains of Utah.
Aaron graduated from the University of Utah in Exercise Science. Since sitting at a desk was not in his make-up, he pursued a career in health and fitness. Aaron is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, has Reebok Neuromuscular Training, is a herbalist from School of Natural Healing, and is a Wilderness First Responder. Aaron is dedicated to his own self-development using continued education, community service and physical activity that pushes his own abilities. Aaron has worked with many people and is continually amazed at how many people simply exercise for their health, but then do nothing to reward themselves for the effort put in. His passion is to help people to experience life in the great outdoors.
Dr. Brett Luddington, D.C.
Dr. Luddington specializes in treating chronic pain through comprehensive medical and alternative therapies. His goal is to get the body moving and you feeling like your former self. Dr. Luddington is a Northern Utah native. He completed his prerequisites at Weber State University then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic- West in the Bay area of California. After the completion of his professional training he returned home to Utah where he had previously served in the Utah National Guard with the 19th Special Forces Group. He currently holds a position at the Salt Lake VA Medical Center in the Environmental Management Services. He has been practicing as a chiropractic physician who specializes in acute and chronic pain relief for 20 years.
Tony received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Utah, a master’s degree in Business from the University of Phoenix and has been utilizing hypnosis since 1969. Holding Certifications from the NGH (National Guild of Hypnotists), Alpine Hypnosis Center, School of Professional Hypnotist, Mike Mandel Hypnosis Academy, & Medical Hypnosis with Dr. Richard Nongard. Tony has been hosting the Salt Lake Hypnosis Society since 2013 in order to provide an opportunity for everyone to experience hypnosis in a free forum. The society provides free hypnosis classes and group hypnosis experiences each Tuesday. Currently the meetings are done on zoom and free membership is available via Meetup or Facebook. He joined with several very talented individuals and together they created “Holistic Health and Hypnosis” to provide Hypnosis, Meditation, Life Coaching, and Spiritual Coaching to the community of Salt Lake. He Joined with Olympus Healing Center to provide support for individuals and groups seeking enhanced recovery.
Katie Worley, LMT
Katie thrives in helping people reach their health and healing goals. She specializes in restoring the body, mind and spirit using a holistic approach to her work. She attends to each client’s needs fully by interweaving clear presence with practiced skill. She has great experience in working on long-term trauma, injuries to emotional and mental health and well-being. Her areas of expertise include cranial sacral, trigger point, lymph, reiki, Swedish, stone, cupping, reflexology, and Thai massage.
Dr. Ronald Baird, D.O.
Dr. Baird did his undergraduate training at Brigham Young University. He received a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry. He then worked as a chemist for Nature’s Way testing herbal products for their potency and active ingredients. He did his medical training in Kansas City Missouri. After completing his internship and residency he became board certified in family medicine in 1998. He has practiced the full scope of family medicine for several years, including delivering babies, pediatrics and adolescent medicine. He has a special interest in skincare and has done additional training in laser and cosmetic procedures. Dr. Baird made a career shift to addiction medicine in 2013. He joined Cirque Lodge in March 2017. In addition to the training he has received in addiction medicine, he brings with him a wide variety of skills and experience to treat all the basic medical needs of adult patients. Dr. Baird can explain complicated medical concepts clearly and guide the patient in helping them make decisions for their medical care. Dr. Baird believes complete medical care includes physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. He believes there are definite advantages to having one medical provider know all the medical issues affecting the individual as well as their family.
James has been in the healing and wellness field since 2002. After graduating from Myotherapy Therapy College of Utah in 2004 and opening his practice shortly after; he began a deep pursuit of personal and collective transformation and healing. This led him on a path to various encounters and experiences with healing and healers from a variety of different backgrounds and traditions. James has dedicated his craft of movement therapy to help support people’s healing and transformation. He reminds those that he works with that it is possible to feel safe in their body and with their emotions in a non-reactive, nonjudgmental way; to be vulnerable and honest to the moment as it unfolds, even when uncomfortable.
Matthew was born and raised in Dallas Texas. He moved to Utah to better himself in 2014 and has lived here ever since. He has an associate degree in psychology and Spanish and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in both. Matthew is and has remained in long term recovery who seeks to give back to the community through education, service, and work. He has worked in the recovery field for over five years and has found his passion in using his experience in order to better help those in need. His focus is building strong meaningful relationships with others while maintaining healthy boundaries. He balances his life with several active hobbies including Muay Thai which he has held an instructor’s position for over two years. He has experience from training under two world champions for over a decade. When he is not studying, instructing, or working he is spending time with family and/or friends while living a productive lifestyle that accommodates his strongly held beliefs rooted in AA principles.

Sarah is a fully certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist with NASM. She is currently working towards her corrective exercise certification. With over 4 ½ years of training clients, she couldn’t imagine doing anything different! She trains clients independently and in group settings. She believes in a healthy, well rounded and fun exercise experience to create healthy habits for lifetime results.
Her workouts and food plans are tailored for long term results to gain strength, balance, mobility and endurance. The ultimate goal is to feel great in the mind as well as secure in the body! A healthy lifestyle helps clients feel happier, more optimistic, and confident in all aspects of their life.
Dr. Cynthia Coor, M.D.
Dr. Coor is an American Board of Pediatrics certified pediatrician. She has over twenty-five years of professional experience. She completed both her medical school training and her residency program at the University of Utah. She has worked in a variety of settings, a traditional private pediatric practice, in concert with naturopaths and chiropractors, and currently works for Intermountain doing pediatric urgent care. She is also medical director at The Health Spot in Sandy, which is a family practice for functional medicine. She has been doing Integrative medicine for more than twenty-five years. She has had experience with individuals with those issues who also have MTHFR genetic mutations as well as other comorbid conditions and have greatly benefited from a functional medicine approach. She believes patient’s health care challenges should involve a multi-pronged, individualized, comprehensive plan to promote the best state of well-being for each person.
