Our certified trainers understand human anatomy and create exercise programs to encourage exercise and healing.  They give individualized guidance on how to improve a client’s fitness journey throughout their treatment program.  Working with a personal trainer provides motivation, confidence, encouragement and accountability.


Yoga is about self-improvement; it is about self-acceptance and body centering. 

Through slow body movements yoga helps individuals maintain mindfulness, learn how to be vulnerable and find peace within themselves.   professes a complete system of physical, mental, spiritual and social development. It can benefit a client’s quality of life for those who struggle with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, sleep, blood pressure conditions, and PTSD.
