EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy treatment that was originally designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories. We will offer EMDR therapies for those suffering from PTSD, anxiety, and depression.

Neurofeedback

Our brain contains neurons that fire all at once and are measured by hertz and spectrum of frequencies. Problems become apparent with individuals when spectrum of frequencies do not fire correctly in the brain during an event or activity. To fix these frequencies, we use a program called Brain Paint. This EEG program is a science that is used to exercise your brain and make emotional, physical, creative improvements. The Brain Paint program is based on an initial assessment which identifies customized protocols according to an individual’s self-identified growth areas.  The system records the time and growth from each session. During each session, a trained provider places sensors on a client’s ear and scalp to monitor brain activity. Throughout an individual’s Brain Paint program, the placement of the sensors may change periodically according to their individualized protocols. Studies show individuals begin to see a difference after 5-8 sessions and see significant changes and improvement in behaviors after 20 sessions.

This unique approach has been proven to help reduce anxiety, mental clarity, depression, drug addiction, ADD, ADHD, thought disorders, social introversion, PTSD, Fears and Phobias, insomnia, migraines, learning disabilities, and many more.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy focuses on becoming self-aware of your body, emotional state, and physical state. It uses guided relaxation, intense concentration and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness. When used with other therapies, hypnotherapy can greatly improve results for addiction, anxiety, chronic pain, and insomnia.
